BLN Upgrading - ongoing work

We were pleased that the stage of work completed last Thursday in the upgrading of the BLN did not cause disruption to Internet service on this important day for Secondary Schools. In order to keep on track for completion of works by the start of the new school term, the next stage of the network improvements is scheduled for Thursday 21 August with a potential network outage from 4pm - 5.30pm . Again, our apologies that this notice is issued close to the potential outage but this has been consequent on the progress of other work and the coordination of multiple providers and has been unavoidable.
