Q. Where can I buy OMR forms and how much are they?

Q. Can we spend our e-Learning credits with Education Bradford ?

A. Yes you can. Education Bradford is a Curriculum Online Registered Retailer. E-Learning credits can be spent against a number of products; look for the Curriculum Online logo next to the product on our website. All you need to do is specify that you are using your e-Learning credits to pay for items on your purchase order and you will be invoiced in the usual manner. Please click here for more details.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A. This is dependent on what you have ordered. If you have ordered computer hardware (workstations, servers etc) you should allow 7-10 days for delivery. Other computer hardware (printers, network devices etc) may only take 2-3 working days. Software will usually be immediate (Microsoft licenses), or within 2-3 working days (most curriculum software.) If you have ordered installation then this is scheduled with the EB-ICT Team.

Q. How do I insure new computer equipment?

A. If you have bought insurance through Bradford Council, you will be covered for all computer equipment you buy throughout the year, and you do not need to inform them of any new purchases. It is advised you do keep your own inventory of all purchases made. If you have any queries about your cover, or you wish to purchase cover from Bradford Council, please contact the Bradford Council Insurance Department on 01274 432779.
