The Citizenship and Community Cohesion Project involved primary and secondary schools working collaboratively on action research projects, developing and reviewing resources to support the delivery of Community Cohesion and Citizenship in Bradford Schools and beyond. Eight schools presented the work that they were involved in at a symposium on the 30th June, held at the Bradford Academy. The emphasis was on sharing good practice and allowing the 'student voice' to be heard. The messages from all the pupils were summed up by one statement from a pupil at Queensbury School: ' ALL pupils in ALL Bradford schools should be involved in this kind of work' To find out what delegates at the Symposium said, click here.
